By offering access whenever and wherever its convenient, 2 Thrive Ed overcomes issues the traditional staff development programs have with low usage rates This overcomes the pitfalls of many traditional professional development programs offered to teachers 

2 Thrive Ed will provide a proven wellness program with a research validated assessment to provide a pathway for educators to thrive in their professional and personal lives.  Teachers will be well resourced with the program to meet their professional/personal demands and evolve with a sense of mastery, high quality of life and growth.
